    3/17/2009 - Investment Realty Company, L.C. is pleased to announce the sale of New Creation Christian Plaza I to Now Word Church. This sale was handled by Stephen Raub, the President of Investment Realty Company. The new Creation Christian Plaza is a 44,000 square foot flex office facility on Nacogdoches Road. Now Word Church will convert this facility and use it for their growing church. New Creation purchased the property in the early 1990’s and used it for their own congregation until 2001, when they purchased the former Trinity Church property on Loop 410 at Four Winds Drive in Windcrest. Mike Hollinger of Kingdom Living Realty represented Now Word Church, the Buyer. Mary Wigodsky, of Hornberger Sheehan Fuller and Beiter, Inc. attorney for New Creation, said this about Mr. Raub and IRC: “I am glad to hear the closing went smoothly. The Sellers probably do not know what incredible service and help they got from you. Very, very few brokers go the extra mile (or hundreds of miles in this case) for their client like you have for them. They were blessed to have you. “
  • 8/29/08 - Site Found for Greenstar North America
    9/17/2008 - “Going Green” is going to be easier in San Antonio once the 180,000 sq.ft. East side recycling processing center opens. The site- finding process for Greenstar North America, formerly known as Vista Fibers, was assisted by Don Willoughby of Investment Realty Co., L.C. Willoughby stated, “The process involved the review of many sites over more than a year and a half but finally resulted in the location that was chosen at NE Loop 410 and IH 10 East.” The selected site is part of the Cornerstone Business Park and is owned by RREEF Real Estate, a $50 billion global investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division. Greenstar North America expects to handle 20,000 tons of recycling per month at its new location, and it is estimated to create about 60 new jobs.
